The company Soc. Agr. Nectar Deluxe S.S., with headquarters in Venasca via Meyra Marchetti Superiore 2 – 12020 – VAT number: 03805940040 – is the owner and provides access to the website www.nectrdeluxe.com, selling its products under the following General Conditions of Use and Sale, in reference to D. Lgs. no. 206/05 of the Consumer Code.
Information on products
Soc. Agr. Nectar Deluxe S.S., in order to make the purchase of its products clearer and more transparent, pays particular attention to the publication of information relating to the items for sale with the aid of “product sheets” containing detailed information about the characteristics of each item (price, dimensions, materials, variations, weights, quantities, etc…) and accompanied by exhaustive illustrative images.
Availability of products
Customers can purchase all products currently present in the electronic catalog of Soc. Agr. Nectar Deluxe, visible online at the address (URL) www.nectardeluxe.com
For each product on the site, the availability is shown in the relevant sheet with the following statements:
- The product is available in stock;
- The product is available on order and will be shipped within 2 working days;
- Out of stock product.
If the request made through an online order cannot be immediately fulfilled, the customer will be informed of the problem (via email or by phone) within 12 working hours of receipt of the order.
Prices
The selling prices indicated on this e-commerce website are in euros (€) and include VAT, but do not include delivery charges.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless there are promotions and/or promotional codes, and are indicated at the end of the order as an additional price to the selected products. The list price is in euros (€).
Soc. Agr. Nectar Deluxe S.S. reserves the right to change prices at any time, with the exception of items that are already in the process of payment and/or delivery.
In the event of the display of an incorrect price or manifestly ridiculous price for any reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), Soc. Agr. Nectar Deluxe S.S. reserves the right to cancel the order even if it has initially been validated.
Place an order
Registration is not required to place an order on the website www.nectardeluxe.com. However, during the payment process, the specification of basic information necessary to identify the buyer and the delivery address of the purchased products will be required.
For the purchase operation to be successful, the following steps must be taken:
- adding the product or products that the user wishes to purchase to the cart;
- entering billing and delivery information;
- choosing the desired shipping method;
- choosing the desired payment method.
Once the payment method has been selected, the customer must proceed with the payment of the order according to the provisions. With the submission of the order by the customer, the sales contract is formalized. In any case, it is possible to cancel the order within the prescribed times and in the prescribed manner.
The customer is aware that the false statement and the falsification of documents, as a result of the false information provided, constitute a crime under art. 76 of D.P.R. 28.12.2000 no. 445 and result in the application of the criminal penalties annexed by law.
Shipping of goods
The products purchased on the website www.nectardeluxe.com, if available in stock, are shipped 24 hours after the order. If part of the ordered goods is not immediately available, written or telephone communication will be sent to the customer within 12 hours (according to the information provided by the latter).
The goods can be shipped to Italy and the rest of the world with costs, methods and delivery times varying depending on the type of shipping and the destination (for more information, see the SHIPPING page).
Cancellation of the order and Right of withdrawal
The customer can cancel the order after the purchase confirmation or within 2 hours of the confirmation by calling +39 3534047282 or by sending an email to info@nectardeluxe.com.
If the customer has already paid for the order, Soc. Agr. Nectr Deluxe S.S. will refund the entire amount within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
In any case, for logistical and economic reasons, please inform us of the cancellation of the order within 2 hours of the purchase confirmation, thus avoiding the shipment of the goods.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, in order to obtain a refund, he must send the disputed or refused goods in an intact package. The refund (provided by crediting a voucher to be spent on our online platform) will be made within 7 business days from the request.
